 "Your Imagination"

·     Please hand in a suit carrier bag at class with your Son/Daughter’s name clearly marked on the front, no white sticky labels please they just fall off.  Students need a coat hanger per dance, so if in 8 dances will need 8 coat hangers, we will not supply these.

·      Costume Collection Friday evening from 5.30pm  24^th August at Davidsons Mains Studio, you will receive an invoice either to hire or buy costume depending on your children’s dance, fundraising for costume will be divided evenly between the students and this will be taken off your bill. We will try our best to hand out to the children at branches eg Calderwood and Saughtonhall.

·     Sunday 1^st September – Rehearsal 10am – 1pm @Carrickvale Community Centre (Selected classes only – All Acro classes, Nursery and Primary ballet Saughtonhall, Pre Primary and Primary ballet, Grade 1 Jazz Saughtonhall, Calderwood Jazz, All Performance Groups, all highland classes) £6.50 rehearsal fee

·      Sunday 8^th September – Dress rehearsal for all students 10am – 2pm @Carrickvale Community Centre £6.50 rehearsal fee

·      Thursday 19^th September – Dress Rehearsal 5pm – 9.30pm (All younger children up to Grade 1 Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acro stage 1&2, Mini hip hop or contemporary Junior will be collected at 7.30pm) If you are also in classes above these levels you will need to stay as will be in the second half of the show.

·      Please arrive in their first costume and hair done, your dance teacher will advise which hair up

·     Friday – Performance drop off 5.30pm with hair and Make-up fully done

·     Friday 1^st half participants can be collected at 7.45pm during the interval

·     Saturday – Performance 12.30pm drop off (Performance starts at 1.30pm)

·     Saturday 1^st half participants can be collected at 2.45pm and students in 2^nd half at 4.15pm

·     All children under the age of 12 must be collected between the matinee and evening performance as there are no chaperones.

·     Saturday evening performance drop off time for all students is 5.30pm

·     Saturday evening performance commences at 6.30pm

·     Collection for 1^st half participants are in the interval at 7.45pm. All other children are to be collected at 9.15pm.
